She was VP Insights @Swiggy and the Marketing Insights leader across PepsiCo business units for 12 years. She has serviced FMCG majors like Unilever, Nestle & Tech majors like Microsoft and Intel as part of global research networks like Nielsen & Ipsos prior to that. She also serves as an independent consultant to RedSeer; a research and advisory firm for startups.
Ruchira is a gold medalist from MICA in Brand Building and Market Research. She has graduated from SRCC College Delhi in Economics (Hons).
A practicing qualitative researcher and an F&B trend spotter at heart, Natasha leverages her strong foundations in research and innovation to capture the nuances of consumer behaviour. She’s passionate about behavioral economics and the role of culture in driving consumer choices.
Prior to Elevate Insights, Natasha was a Food and Beverage Expert at Mintel, a global innovation trend spotting firm. She has serviced P&G, GSK and Future Consumer at Nielsen before that.
She holds a Masters degree from Northpoint-Nielsen in Market Research and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Vivishnavel has extensive experience in the market research industry across sectors and research methods as Managing Director at Nepa, and leading Insights division at IMS Health (IQVIA), Kantar, Market Probe and Ma Foi Strategic Consultants.
